Dr. Regina L. Spears-Everett is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine whose primary professional career was as a podiatric surgeon. She brings a healthcare-based, high-performance perspective to leadership development. She also works with Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) as a job developer supporting medical residents in preparation and placement into residency programs. Dr. Everett is the COO of REFOCUS-ON-U, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), and co-creator and facilitator of The Y-Model at Work.
