LFM, LLC provides workforce development and employment support services designed to help individuals with disabilities prepare for work, build confidence, and achieve long-term employment success. We partner with individuals, employers, and community agencies to strengthen job readiness, improve placement outcomes, and support retention after hire.
Our approach is practical and supportive. We focus on matching ability to opportunity, strengthening workplace skills, and helping both employees and employers succeed through clear expectations, ongoing communication, and follow-up support.
