No. Our staffing support, coordination, and follow-up services are provided at no cost to employers. Our goal is to make inclusive hiring easier while helping employers meet real staffing needs.
We support employers with a wide range of roles depending on company needs and candidate readiness. This may include entry-level, mid-level, and skill-based positions in areas such as customer service, clerical support, production, warehouse, cleaning services, food service, healthcare support, and other workforce areas.
We focus on “match quality.” Candidates are screened and assessed for reliability, motivation, workplace readiness, and job expectations. We work to match the candidate’s strengths and abilities to the employer’s job requirements, schedule, and work environment.
Yes. We provide follow-up support to both the employer and the new hire. This often includes weekly check-ins for up to 90 days after hire, along with additional job coaching support when needed to strengthen performance and retention.
Reasonable accommodations are often simple and low-cost. When needed, we help support communication and problem-solving so the employer and employee can find practical strategies that help the individual succeed while meeting job expectations.
OJEs and OJTs are structured options that help both the employer and candidate determine fit and build skills in a real work setting.
OJE (On-the-Job Evaluation): A short-term opportunity for an employer to evaluate job fit and workplace performance in a structured way.
OJT (On-the-Job Training): A planned approach to support training and skill development while the candidate learns the job.
These options can reduce hiring risk while supporting long-term success.
We believe in addressing concerns early and respectfully. If challenges arise, we work with the employer and employee to problem-solve, clarify expectations, provide coaching support, and adjust strategies when possible. If the role is not the right fit, we help navigate next steps professionally.
Timing depends on employer needs and candidate availability. Once we understand your open positions, schedule requirements, and expectations, we work to identify qualified candidates as quickly as possible and coordinate next steps.
Many individuals with disabilities are highly motivated and value stable employment. When employers provide clarity, support, and strong onboarding, retention often improves—reducing turnover costs and strengthening team stability.
Simply reach out through our Contact page. We will schedule a brief conversation to learn your staffing needs, job requirements, and preferred next steps. From there, we begin candidate matching and support.
